There is a lot of poa in the rough right now. We have sprayed all the short grass earlier in the year, but had to wait for the rough to go dormant before spraying. Now that it's dormant it's been too wet to put the sprayers out on the course. As soon as it drys down a little the sprayers will be rolling, trying to get all the rough sprayed. We are working with backpack sprayers around the greens to try to get a head start on it. The weeds take a while to die this time of year - because of the cold nights and the plants are not really actively growing.
