My patience lasted about 3 weeks with the Bermuda around greens. I know we haven't had the best Bermuda growing weather but I can't stand to look at a aera like this just off the green. Some of the thin bermuda would have come back, but no sense in waiting. We are sodding some of the worst spots. Most look ok but some needed some love. We finished 16, 15, 14, 12 today and will knock out a few more tomorrow morning. Finished product is great. Really puts a sharp look to the hole.
This recent warmer, more humid weather has helped move the Bermuda a little. It's been a slow spring thus far. The nighttime lows are the key. If we can get those into the 60's you will probably start seeing the rough start filling in. Now let's hope for a little rain!
